Dubai firm send man in jetpack flying around giant banner under world's tallest building in stunt which cost $500 per SECOND.
In the advertising world where product placement is key, this spot underneath the world's tallest building was always going to come at a sky-high price.
But the huge elaborate advertising campaign for SkyDive Dubai is thought to be the most expensive billboard on the planet, as the stunt of installing the board and having a man fly around it in a jetpack for less than a minute cost an estimated $500 per second.
Had SkyDive Dubai bosses maintained the billboard and jetpack stunt for a month, it would set them back an eye-watering $1.3 billion.
Their attention-grabbing campaign was created to advertise their skydiving tours over the Dubai skyline.
The spectacle in Dubai in front of the 2,716ft, 206-storey Burj Khalifa skyscraper, was a collaboration between SkyDive Dubai and U.S. energy product company Go Fast.
